Our recipes reward local 0km products and favours a traditional mediterranean cuisine.
Not only dishes from Marche, but also tasty receipes from Liguria tradition and from all other Italian Regions, to whom we dedicate our Dinners with a theme. Those evenings are a celebration of the Italian cuisine culture: join our 'tasting' lessons!

Our menu changes very often, following seasons offer, respecting tradition and stimulating curiosity.
Here are some examples of seasonal dishes you taste at our restaurant: dame during hunting season, polenta and soup during winter, home-made pasta with mushrooms and truffles in autumn, piadine or cascione with vegetables and cheese during spring.

Our beer selection

  • TENNENT’S 1885 LAGER (Scotland) (alc. 5% vol.) has a slightly sweet flavor of malt and hop character and is well balanced. This pleasantly full-bodied authentic Scottish Lager is bright and fresh on the palate leaving a clean and hoppy finish.

    Fuller’s London Pride (England) with the characteristic red label, is the top beer from Fuller, Smith & Turner. It is one of the best known English beers in the world: a classic bitter ale with strong malt. It has an amber color and taste well-structured, balanced, fruity. The aroma is of hops, balanced and well developed. The foam produced is compactand, has a good persistence.

    Punk IPA by Brewdog.(Scotland) with a golden color with aromas of tropical fruits on the palate and malt on the nose. A beer with 5.6 % alcohol, easy drinkable and fresh aroma of hops harmonized New Zealanders that balance well with the flavor of malt. The final effect is that of a dry beer with the aroma of hops that hides much the other flavors .
